Nor rain, nor wind, nor virus….

Mother nature did little to cooperate this weekend.  While Jerry battled the elements outside the building, Peter battled the Norovirus inside.  Between the two our plumbing is finished, sinks installed, fridge and prep stations back in place.  As our men suffered Leigh and I did what women should, we tasted beer.  In doing so we came up with another plumb choice (pun intended); Redhook Brewery. Have you tried them lately?

REDHOOK PILSNER:  Our menu has been missing a good Pilsner and happy to say we found it.  This brew is crisp, light and golden. A good “session” lager for when you’ve got a long beach day ahead or a night of vacation celebration.

REDHOOK IPA:  I’m partial to hoppy beer and I’m loving this one.  Bold, medium body, crisp finish and moderate alcohol make this brew one of Americas top selling IPA’s. It’s so good it skipped a grade in beer school.

Come in and taste for yourself.  We re-open our doors Thursday March 15th, we look forward to seeing you.
